Rules for Applicants
Applicants for studio/school nomination must qualify as a recipient of our program benefits. Qualification is not dependent on any academic program, but on performance art program involvement. Qualification is ultimately decided by Opportunitix and may be decided by premises such as:
SCHOOLS/STUDIOS
- student count
- performing arts/extra curriculars provided
- age/school level of student body
- nomination story
- City/Town and State
A nomination form must be filled out, and Opportunitix may reach out for further information for each organization. If accepted, the applicant becomes a registered beneficiary of our programs and may be chosen to receive those benefits provided by Opportunitix.
RULE FOR ALL ATTENDEES
- Each attendee must have their own method of transportation
- Each attendee that is a minor must have a chaperone over the age of 18
Rules for Theaters
All rules for any respective theater that is hosting an event that a beneficiary receives tickets to must be followed. Some of these rules may include:
- Each attendee may need to provide vaccination records including current boosters
- Masks and other health requirements may apply for theater or performance
- Box office hours may have specific times for pick up
- Final calls for seating prior to performances may require specific timing after which you are no longer allowed to enter the theatre or be seated
- Parking locations, fees and regulations may apply
- Food/drink regulations may apply
Please check the rules and regulations of the theater prior to attending any show
that you receive tickets for from Opportunitix, or any time you wish to visit! Please note, Opportunitix does not provide transportation to events or performances within their programs.
If you are a donor, please read rules/instructions for donors, for general information on how tickets will reach our beneficiaries, and how to provide these assets to Opportunitix.

Guidelines for Donors
Donors may support our Opportunitix programs in two primary ways: with a monetary donation, or by donating tickets to an event. Tickets provided will be given directly to a chosen beneficiary from our programs. Monetary donations provide the ability to purchase tickets. Future plans may also include scholarships for our beneficiary students.

TICKET DONATIONS

- prepare to send digital tickets to Opportunitix

For those providing DIGITAL tickets, please click here to access and complete your ticket donation form first, and prepare to send your digital tickets to info@opp-tix.com. We will contact you to confirm your donation once these digital tickets have been received.

For those providing PRINTED/PHYSICAL tickets, please click here to access and complete your ticket donation form first, and a member of Opportunitix will reach out to help arrange to pick up your physical tickets at the respective event box office. Once a beneficiary is chosen, Opportunitix will ensure their name is added to this box office pick-up.
